The Best Customer Care Ever!

When I bought my new car in 2013, I made a promise to myself that I was going to take very good care of it. So I made a plan to have it rust checked annually and detailed at least twice a year.

I chose to have this work done by Dents and Stones Automotive here in Riverview. I have stayed true to my word and have gone there every year since. In June this year, I went for my usual end of winter/spring cleaning. This time would be different.

I always love the feel of my car after they are done with the work there! Every detail is covered and it feels like new! This time though, the owner, Mike Stone looked at me and said I have good news and bad news for you!

“Your car is nice and clean but the only problem is we had a small accident. Let me show you. “ My vehicle had been backed into. Mike was so apologetic that he refused payment for his work and told me that they would do the repairs. He was ordering new parts for it.

To me it was a small dent and since he said he would look after it, I was not concerned. He said he would call when he could get it back in to repair.

Later that same day, I had gone grocery shopping. That evening when I went out again I discovered another scratch on my bumper. Someone had rubbed against it in the parking lot. It was the only place I had been with my car.

Customer service and more importantly Customer Care is really important to Mike. He called last week and I took my car in . Not only did he repair my car with new parts but he also took care of the little scratch. Again, payment was refused and I said the only thing left for me to do now is come back in later in the fall for another cleaning and my rust check.

A couple of days later, I had been out and dropped into Dents and Stones for my car. Mike told me he had left it at my house so I just needed to pick up my key. Later that day when we went out with the car, they had also cleaned the inside of the car again.

The reason I am writing this is because first, it is a good news story. But the biggest reason I am writing it is that at Dents and Stones in Riverview I have always had great service! But this recent series of events told me that Customer Care is of top importance with Dents and Stones Automotive.

Dents and Stones will continue to keep my car in like new condition. Thanks to Mike Stone and his staff!
