            I have spent a lot of time recently speaking with some of my fellow toastmasters. Toastmasters is a great organization that is designed to help others develop their speaking and communication skills. The more I teach the Online Choice Theory program the more I am impressed with the quality of learning of the student. Let me say this online program is not for everyone. It is not for you if you are not self-motivated. In other words if you need to be involved with other people while learning the in person training may be better for you.
