Reality Therapy is a method of counseling developed by Dr. William Glasser in the 1960's. He first developed the therapy working with young women that were in a detention center in California.  As a young psychiatrist he found a process that seemed to help these young women. As I watched the Figure Skating Dance Competition, I could not help thinking about what it takes as two people to dance together on skates as much as they have to do to make the Olympics and then to skate a flawless skate. I recently attended my first basketball game of the season. We have a new team with new owners and there is a lot of hope in the air! The owners are doing a great job with advertising, merchandize, supporting the coach with capital to get the best players. It is really interesting to see this develop.
