Change is Inevitable

    Everything around us is constantly changing. As I ponder this I look outside and see the bright colors of our leaves on our trees. These will soon be falling off as they prepare for winter. My cactus plant is beginning to flower. It is supposed to be a Christmas Cactus, but it has never bloomed at Christmas. After the warm summer, my African Violet is blooming as well.         On May 29th we completed a Certification and Instructor program in Choice Theory, Reality Therapy and Lead Management. What this means is that the people certified had gone through all five levels of the William Glasser International Training Program and are recognized around the world by over 96,000 people as be Certified. The people that chose to, stayed to follow the first level of the Instructor Program and will soon be helping to advance the ideas around the world.     As the weekend comes upon us I am excited to go to our next basketball game leading to the NBL championships. Tickets are selling fast and the organization says it is going to be a full house!
